Lately I have been opening up more than normal to my wonderful boyfriend Ryan who in so many many ways has helped me deal with some major issues that normally I stuff so far down into the depths of soul it would normally take years for someone to even know. It has not been an easy thing for me to do or for me to accept that even knowing these things he still loves me. Anyways its just been epic but slow.

Today's story.

I was in a local Co-Op and I decided to try some natural oil perfume for my body sent instead of the nasty chemicals I usually buy. I saw one that I thought was a perfume called California Wild Rose and thought "I bet that smells awesome"

So I bought it. When I got home I put a drop on my wrists rubbed it in and took a whiff, nothing. I didn't smell anything…. so I goggled what I had bought. This is what I found.

Needless to say if you read the below I think the world is telling me something very important.

Did my hour yoga this morning and am kicking myself for letting it take that long to do it ( months…..) I need to get back on track with this, at least once a week. I can feel the toxins leaving my body to the point were I am nauseated…. that is no good and a clear indicator that I am way to over worked and stressed, next step is to de-stress my life and keep doing what I love.
